I have just completed an addition/whole house renovation and I have used wine and grapes throughout as the theme. I had visited Sebastiani’s cask room in Sonoma last August and was very impressed by the carved barrel heads. I decided it would be the perfect piece to hang over my mantle. I got on the internet searching for ‘carved barrel heads’ and your name came up. And, how glad I am it did!
What a fantastic experience it was working with you from beginning to end. I had a number of questions and you were so prompt in responding and explaining in detail all the answers I requested. Plus, you were so accommodating to my schedule which was very tight, trying to get it delivered before Christmas. On top of that, after it was delivered unstained/painted (per my instructions), I decided to ship it back to you and have it hand painted and stained by your artist. I never dreamed it would get to me before Christmas because I sent it back just one week before but somehow, you guys did it!!! Not only that, but you made it a point to even email me and ask what color stain the rest of the woodwork on my fireplace was so you could match it. That is unheard of in today’s world of nonexistent customer service and total apathy to customer satisfaction.
I would recommend eWoodArt to anyone who is desiring a completely unique piece for their home, office, etc. and also an astounding level of competence and care that you and your staff have for the client.
